The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum is located at 1 Whitehall Way, Palm Beach, Florida 33480. Their website is at https://www.flaglermuseum.us/. It’s a museum to showcase and remember the great life of Henry Morrison Flager. He went to school and lived with his parents until he was fourteen years old. Once he had an eighth-grade education he moved from New York to Ohio where he was able to get work in his cousin’s grain store. He only earned five dollars a month and room and board for all his hard work. He was a hard worker and an entrepreneur with many successful business endeavors. The museum is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. Sundays from noon – 5 pm. They are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. The Cost of entry is very affordable. It is free for members, Adults which are eighteen and older are $18. Youth which is those who are between the ages of 13 and 17 are $10 each. Children aged six to twelve years old are three dollars each. Children under the age of five are free! All youth and children are required to be accompanied by an adult. Those brave folks who are on active duty and their families can get free admission from May fifteenth to September 5th. Due to the COVID pandemic, you will need to pre-purchase your tickets on the website. There is a limit of four tickets per purchase. Also, to make sure that COVID guidelines are being followed when you purchase the tickets you will need to pick the date and time they will be used. Members still can get in for free like they always have but to keep with guidelines you must preselect your time and date as well.
